After a lick of paint and 248 coffees, it's time to take things up a gear

Hi, it's Alex 👋

Welcome back to ProblemKit! The place on the internet for people who want to solve better problems – and build better stuff.

If you're in one of these three camps, ProblemKit is about to punch above its weight in your inbox:

  1. Building ASAP. Ahh, the paradox of choice. In a world that often seems so broken, there are an infinite number of things you could try to fix. Where's that one golden problem that captures your imagination?
  2. Building now. You're building something now, and now the clock is ticking. You need to know your problem inside out and communicate it expertly to your team, customers, and investors.
  3. Building next. You're not in a hurry, but a few sizzling ideas in your back pocket couldn't hurt. Great problems are the innovator's insurance policy.

The % of subscribers who open emails from ProblemKit is TWICE the industry average.

Call me a perfectionist, but I want to go even further. Here's how the ProblemKit email series is evolving:

  • Real innovators, untold stories. Finding the hidden patterns in how they found great problems, and the principles you can apply today.
  • Investor perspectives. How do investors think about problem selection and founder-problem fit? Which 'problem sets' do they want to see solutions to?
  • Things you can use. As we go, expect more resources you can use for yourself. Speaking of...

Itchy!

I'm itching to put everything I'm learning in a single, super-consumable format. It's going to take some time, but I wanted to give you a heads-up.

What do you think?
